Back again on 6th January

Time to dust off the dance shoes and start working off all the Christmas pudding (or was that just me?). We'll start again on Tuesday 6th January - usual format and raring to go! See you all there!

Classic Intermediate Workshop Sat 24th Jan

Want a boost to your dancing? Want a bit more confidence in the Intermediate Class and in Freestyle. Just want to learn a few more moves and learn them thoroughly? If so, this workshop is for you. On it we will cover up to 9 of the Classic Intermediate moves, we'll iron out bad habits and give you help with leading and freestyling.

It's suitable for anyone who has done at least 6 beginner classes or has attended a beginners workshop - if in doubt whether it's for you, ask Saffron or one of the Taxi dancers.

It will be held at Exeter Phoenix Arts Centre, Bradninch Place, Gandy Street, EX4 3LS on Saturday 24th January from 2.30-6.30pm. Cost is £22.50 per person. Numbers are limited to allow more individual attention and we try very hard to get an even balance of men to women. Beginners Workshop Sun 1st February

The best way to fast-track your dancing is by taking part in one of these intensive 4.5 hour (with breaks!) workshops. On it you will learn the Ceroc Essentials, up to 9 beginners moves, how to lead/follow and how to freestyle.

It's suitable for first timers but is even better if you have been to a few classes.

New venue in Plymouth opening January '09

On Thursday 22nd January 2009 we will be opening our new venue in Plymouth at Marjon - University College Plymouth of St Mark and St John, Derriford Road, Plymouth PL6 8BH. Doors will open at 7.30pm for a beginners' class at 7.45pm. Free entry for any existing Ceroc members on the first night and if anyone wants to offer some help setting up - get in touch! Private lessons and party nights

Whether it's for your first dance at your wedding, a particular event you want to look good for, or just to generally improve your dancing, private lessons will set you on course. In her 16 years of teaching dance, Saffron has taught everyone from complete novices with 2 left feet, to experienced dancers wanting a bit of flair or a choreographed piece. Prices are £40 per hour for individuals and £50 for a couple. Discounts for 5 or more sessions.
